Dome shaped Maritime cone bowl 2
Three sanded down Maritime pinecones were applied to the sides of the bowl. The bowl itself is made up of bleached Scots Pinecone chips and mixed with a biobased binder. A Jute woven mat was used for structural purposes. A clear Shellac finish was applied to the bowl and a dark oak coloured finish to the Maritime Pinecones and the interior of the bowl.
