Square shaped blonde Spruce cone plateau
The Serbian Spruce cones were bleached and mixed with a biobased binder. The surface of the Spruce cones was sanded down when it was flat inside the mould. The biobased binder caused the plywood base to curve as it dried further. Once it was completely dry the surface was treated with a couple of layers of Shellac against any moisture.
